If you are Nigerian, are you ready for the shut-down of analogue TV service? The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) has set June 17, 2015 for final switch off of analogue TV services across the globe. Nigeria on its own determined to meet the deadline has set December 2014 as her deadline having missed the June 17th 2012 deadline earlier set. The switch is to commence June this year; Jos to be the first to do so.
What does this mean?
Final migration from analogue to digital service means that you can no longer buy a TV and view just by mounting your antenna as before. TV access will only be possible when you have a Set top box (STB) and access from a Pay TV company. You do not need to fear as we already have one that is set to (and is already doing so) give you quality products to make that a reality for you.
What options are available for me?
